Special Orders

We are always happy to special order products to meet special requests. All special orders require a down payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Occasionally the item you purchased just doesn’t look right when it is put in your room. Please inform us of this within 7 days of delivery to exchange or return the item. Delivery or restocking fees will apply. Visit with your sales associate for details.

Warranties

We service all warranties as stated by each product manufacturer. Pickup, delivery, and labor charges are not normally covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Layaway

All layaway items require 10% down at the time of purchase. Regular monthly payments are required to finish paying the balance within 6 months. Delivery will follow the final payment.

Financing & Terms

We ask for a partial payment at the time of purchase with the balance due at the time of delivery. Finance charges will be applied after 30 days on any remaining balance. All extended financing is through Wells Fargo Financial. “90 days/no interest” is always available to qualified customers. Special offers for longer financing are available from time to time as advertised.
